My Story

For over 20 years, I struggled with my weight and tried everything. Then I discovered GLP-1 therapy through my healthcare provider, and it changed my life. Along my journey, I found supplements like whey protein and collagen that personally worked for me.

I went from 219 lbs to 103 lbs, and I continue to maintain my wellness today. Everything you see at Mood Theory is something I've personally used and believe in. I'm not a doctor or expert—I'm just someone who found what worked for me, and I want to share these resources with you.
